wplanner
If I successfully bid on a hotel, but I don't intend to stay; but rather it's for a friend. What is the procedure, does Priceline ask the names of the residents after the bid is accepted ??thanks in advance to the diligent betterbidding staff. Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!I assume you'll be paying for the hotel but your friend will be the one staying? There are two areas where you input user information... the first is PRICELINE asks who will be staying in the room; this is where you would put your friend's name (ie- the name of the guest)Later in the process you're asked for billing information, this is where you would put your name (ie- the name of the person whose credit card is being used)Do note that although the room is pre-paid, your friend will still need a credit card (or debit card/cash deposit) at check-in in order to cover any incidentals (restaurant charges, movies, internet, phone calls, etc) billed to the room. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know if you decide to move forward and how we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
