Thought this might help update your Hotwire List, since I know this hotel isn't on it right now for Chelsea - Madison Square Garden area.

This hotel showed up today on HOTWIRE for 10/15 - 10/18 as 3 star, Smoke Free, Fitness, Restaurant, Hi-speed internet. $164/night.

I ended up with: Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Chelsea

A property with the same specs is coming up for 10/22-10/24 as well for $164. I'm assuming it's the same. FYI.
