Nothing above 2 stars in Belleville and this seems to have the highest amount of favorable reviews judging by the reviews on Google, So I guess I'm fortunate..

Their website indicates starting fees at $129 for that date, so sounds like a decent deal. I used the PRICELINE link via this website for my booking.
