the amenities are Complimentary Breakfast , Fitness Center, Business Center and High-speed Internet Access

This property has not yet been identified or reported to the board, a guess would be the Hampton Inn or the Holiday Inn Express.

However, do you need to be in Downtown or attracted to this area based upon price? If the latter, for just $10/nite more you can get a higher rated 3* hotel in Chlesea (smoke free, fitness, restaurant, internet) which would be more centrally located to midtown.
