Hotwire Hotel: Help determine 3.5* in Weston-Davie-Plantation

I can't figure out a 3.5* hotel in Weston-Davie-Plantation. It is $59/ night check in October 2, check out October 4. The amenities are : fitness center, pool, restaurant, laundry and high speed internet. The trip advisor rating is 3.5 out of 5, which is what is messing me up. I thought it was either the Sheraton or Crowne Plaza, but both are 4.0 on the trip advisor web site. I find other hotels on trip advisor that *seem* to match, but they don't seem to match the 3.5* category on Hotwire. Any input is greatly appreciated !!

The amenity set would be a match for the Crowne Plaza; the tripadvisor rating doesn't match, but the tripadvisor ratings are not updated "live" - if the rating has changed recently, it may not be updated on HOTWIRE.

The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Sunrise upgraded to the 3.5* would be a possibility as well.
