Not sure what the hell is going on in LA this week.

Tried up to $100 in Marina Del Rey, up to $75 in Culver City. Switched down to LAX and even dropped to 3.5*

Finally got a counteroffer + $20 on my $75 bid. Raised to $85 (running out of time) -- ACCEPTED [2 Rooms].
