Priceline Hotel: 3.5* NYC (Downtown-Soho-Financial District) World Center Hotel

I attempted on PRICELINE to get a hotel room checking in on the 28th and out on the 30th of September. 3.5* hotel and bid up to $250.00 with no luck. I just need to be in the city but location is not the issue. I would like at least a 3.5* and of course would love to have it at a decent price. Help!

Good deal for a tough/busy period in NYC - this is a newer property that's about a year or two old.
