Cool Canadian Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 Hi everyone. I have been checking the hotels on lastminutetravel.com using the hotelID method (its great by the way! I wish priceline/hotwire was that easy), and I noticed that most of the 4 and 5 start hotels in the caribbean (could be everywhere, but I checked only in the caribbean) have improper ratings. For example, it will say 5 star for 210/night in San Juan, but when I see the hotel it is really only a 3 1/2 star on other sites. The only 5 stars on the site are 400+/night (for my dates). I just thought people should know to check your hotels first, because its usually not a proper star rating compared to tripadvisor/Expedia/ect.
Gallus50 Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 I agree. In SF, many hotels that are rated 2.5* or 3* on other sites are 3.5* on LMT. Good thing you can figure out which hotels they are!
