This property has not yet been reported to the board and the only hotel i see in the zone is in the Holiday Inn Express which fits except for the modified american plan... with this icon not really sure what this could be.

Was there Apr 28 - May 1, 2011, paid $62 West of Strip area. 3* Breakfast, pool, Fitness Center, Business Center, no idea what Modified American Plan even would be. And it was indeed the HIE I-215 on Rainbow..
