I am sorry. It was MILAN in Italy. There are only 2 zones so I only used the centre zone (not near the airport)

I didn't expect there was a 3 star hotel in PRICELINE but seems it's not a bad deal

If PRICELINE offers bidding in a zone at a given star level you should assume that they have an agreement with at least one hotel in that zone at that star level.
