It varies. Usually not, especially 4* and higher. But always worth asking about, just in case.

If the hotel offers breakfast as a standard amenity to all guests (ie- Hyatt Place, Embassy Suites, Residence Inn, etc) then PRICELINE / HOTWIRE guests also get breakfast included... if brekafast is only offered under certain package rates then it is not part of the opaque purchase.
