Priceline Hotel: 3.5* NYC (CPS) Hudson Hotel

After many different combinations over the last few weeks, $195 accepted for Hudson Hotel which is listed as a 3.5* at zone CPS. Dates were 9/23/10-9/27/10 for two rooms. Was excited at first but after looking at several reviews, I'm wondering if this hotel should be a 3.5* based on the size of the rooms and reviews. Hoping for an upgrade upon arrival.

This is a very nice rate for the busy Fall season. The Hudson does have small rooms (even for NYC) and the boutique/trendy scene of the property - much like the W chain - does appear to be a "love it or hate it." Hopefully you will be able to negotiate an upgrade and will enjoy the property (which is certainly in a very nice area.)
