Priceline Hotel: 4* (CPS) @$300 Help Identifying :)

Hi everyone! Just discovered the forum and I am thrilled to bits of its presence!

Now I was on the PRICELINE site (followed the links from here as I always now shall! :) ) and in the section where it let's you book the same rate as other peoples winning bid it is giving me a $300 4* hotel in CPS which is ideally where I'd like to be. My budget for this trip is $400/night inclusive of taxes, and my dates are from the 25th of Sept. to the 30th. The amenities include:

Remote Control TV with Premium Channels

Telephone with Voicemail

Radio Alarm Clock

Iron and Ironing Board

Hairdryer

Business Services

24 Hour Front Desk

Full Service Restaurant

Room Service

Bellman

Concierge

Fitness Center Access

Does anyone have any idea which it could be? I understand it's incredibly difficult. The only one I can think of is the Jumeirah Essex house, but I searched the forum and it seems that hasn't shown up in some time?

The amenities above are what PRICELINE uses to describe all 4* hotels... not just the particular property you're looking at. As well, this $300 price tag another use won may not be available for your particular dates.

With the above noted, you can see the 4* hotels previously reported to the board in this zone here: Priceline Hotel List

Is the CPS the only zone you're willing to accept, as HOTWIRE has the Chandler for less then $300/nite (average) as well as a 4* hotel in the MTC zone for $265/nite). Also, as some hotels are showing a rate change for your weekend vs. midweek dates, you may be able to save a little by SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID, if changing hotels mid-stay is something you're willing to consider.
