The Hotel Sax has previously been reported to the board with this amenity combination so that would be one guess, but i'll also add the Hotel Monaco as a possibility. The Hotel Monaco has previously been seen with this combination except for the Smoke Free icon, but the Monaco is a smoke free property, so this should be included in the possibilities in case this hotel has added the Smoke Free icon since last reported to the board.

I bid until $155 (3.5*) using suggestions from this board, but was not successful so far. Will there be any big event during that week? HOTWIRE seems to have a hotel (3.5*, $155), but hotels admin guessed seem bit far from the place where I have a meeting.

Can we expect price to drop as time gets closer or not?

Since the meeting is from Monday through Friday, I prefer shorter walk ;-)

This was Hotel 71. I stayed there last year and it was pretty good, just one block away from Hyatt Regency. Super!

This certainly worked out well! There's a nice Corner Bakery a couple doors down (on the way to the Hyatt) from Hotel 71, as well.
