RomaDav Posted September 12, 2010 Report Posted September 12, 2010 Hi! It's the first time I'm trying to book a hotel in NYC using priceline and hotwire. And being a very inexperienced user I would like to recieve an advice how to achive the best deal for:2 adults & 1 child (1 room with double bed an extra bed)09/23-09/27Manhattan A 3-star hotelWe would like to spend not more than 130-140$ per night (including all taxes).Thank you in advance.
thereuare Posted September 12, 2010 Report Posted September 12, 2010 Welcome to BetterBidding! How old is the child? What type of star rating are you seeking as i don't think your budget is likely realistic for these dates or time of year in NYC. What is the best rate you're able to find at an acceptable NYC hotel thru conventional booking channels? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
RomaDav Posted September 13, 2010 Author Report Posted September 13, 2010 The child is 15 years old.We managed to find a hotel in manhattan for something like 160$.So ,what do you think, what is the best price for us?Actually we don't need any kind of luxurious hotel, we just seek for a clean, comfortable hotel somewhere in the city centre.
