This place was not so great. The hotel staff were OK. The room was cold and didn't heat up fast, the view was of heater ducts and walls, the bathtub had a permanent no-slip mat that was moldy around the edges. Hotel set-up wasn't that great. I wouldn't recommend this place and hope and pray I don't win it next time I stay in Portland.

My mom pushed the "wake up call" button on the phone and requested a wake up call and they seemed confused. Our call the next morning was half an hour late. Luckily, we woke up on our own to make the shuttle on time.

The positive thing was that we were planning on taking MAX to the airport but they offered us a free shuttle ride.

Actually enjoyed the hotel much more than my past stay. They have just recently added a pool and hot tub which was a bonus we were unprepared for as Priceline did not list this amenity.

I called to see about requesting a non-smoking room and was told they were all booked. Upon arrival, before I could ask, I was informed that I had been booked into a non-smoking room -- score!

Room was clean, view was much better (last time I had a heating duct view), don't have to pay extra for parking. Overall, it was a good experience... would recommend the place to others.
