The 4* matches previous reports for the Sheraton Centre as well as the Omni Mont Royal and Marriott Chateau Champlain. The Sheraton is typically seem much more frequently then the other two, so that would be my best guess for this one, although you should be prepared for any of these.

Unfortunately the 3.5* has not yet been reported to the board (although i suspect it's a hotel already reported but with fewer amenities showing), but with a HOTWIRE user recommended rating of only 60% i would suggest looking elsewhere.

I had changed the occupancy when researching and the 3.5* which appeared when searching for 2a/2c is the same price but only 60% recommended.

Regardless, i'm still not sure of the 3.5* with just Fitness and Business icons showing.
