I'm going to the AHA conference in January in Copley Square, and I decided to arrive the night before rather than the day of. I stuck to Copley so I wouldn't have to deal with inclement weather in case I get an interview the first day as well. $95 seems high to me considering it's January, but I figured it's cheaper than a cab or ruining a good suit/shoes!

First Bid in FireFox...$75 for 3.5* in the Copley Sq -- Theater District...rejected

Second Bid on alternate credit card and IE ... $85 for 3.5* in Copely...rejected but counteroffer of $105

Closed the FireFox and clicked thru the site's link (I forgot the first time!) ... $95 ... Accepted for the Marriott.

I was surprised that I was able to rebid on the same exact account without changing anything except my bid price, but there it is.

Definitely a great result for this Marriott property! Prices may be a tad higher due to the conference.
