I did do that, and I belive the best areas are Dupont Circle - Woodley Park, Georgetown - Foggy Bottom and White House - Downtown since they're the closest to the university area.

I'd like to spend 150,00 but i dont know how much is paid in taxes, so i cant say what is my maximum bid amount, can you help me with that?

Your budget may be enough, but it may also fall just short, however, prices for a 4* hotel are only slightly more than those for a 3*... did you want to try for the highest rated hotel up to your limit, then if rejected lower your star rating and try up to your limit again, and so-on OR is your goal the lease expensive 3* or better for these nites?

Also, is SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID an option?
