Congrats on your success. :)

Unfortunately, Chicago and cheap parking aren't two things that go together. The best two options would probably be the lots at either Millennium Park or Navy Pier, both of which are about $25 a night. You may be able to find lots throughout the city that are around $22 or so, but the Navy Pier or Millennium Park ones would otherwise be a better bet (as I think the Hyatt is around $50+ per night for parking.)

Thank you for sharing your win and please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

Enjoy your stay.

thanks for the parking info. i stayed at the palmer house last year, the parking was only $30, $50 per night on parking is unreal!!!!

Is it the Hyatt at 151 Wacker?

If yes, when I stay there I park under Millennium Park and walk two blocks to the Hyatt. Check this website - http://www.millenniumgarages.com/garages/m...ark-garage.aspx It is $24 for 24 hours which is a lot cheaper than hotel valets and I've never had any problems safety wise.

Also, behind the Hyatt to the southwest is a small grocery store that has been very useful when trying to save on food expenses.
