Hotwire Hotel: Help ID Hotel in Quincy

I'm looking at a 4* hotel in the Quincy Market/Financial District for 11/9~11/12. Amenities are:

Smoke-Free

Fitness Center

Restaurant

Business Center

Hi-Speed Internet Access

The odd thing is that it only comes up when I search for 2 adults. When I add 1 child, the hotel disappears from the list. Can anyone help me identify which hotel this is? And will it matter if I book it for 2 adults but have children with me? We have a 3 year old and 1 year old, but they only ask for children age 2+. We've never had issues with Priceline bookings which are supposed to be for 2 adults, but not sure about Hotwire. Thanks!

The amenities above are common for a city hotel, but the combination above matches both the Hilton Financial and the Omni Parker House, so either of these would be my best guess.

Yes, booking for double occupancy but showing up with triple occupancy (since you don't need to include under 2 year olds in your search) could be a problem since you could receive a room with only one bed. The same risk exists with PRICELINE, and while you haven't had a problem yet, the possibility is always there. Most hotels will do what they can to accommodate your room requests, but some won't, or due to occupancy levels, can't. Not sure what areas you have typically stayed at in the past, but the risk of receiving a room with only one bed goes up in cities where rooms are often smaller and have a higher percentage of single bedded rooms then their suburb counterparts.
