JC28 Posted September 8, 2010 Report Posted September 8, 2010 Hi, I'm new to this mystery hotel thing on Hotwire and found betterbidding.com while researching. I'm planning a Vegas trip with my 4 girlfriends so I wanted to find a good deal on staying at the Wynn or Encore. I did a search on Hotwire and this is what it came up with for one of the 5 star hotels. Please help me identify it to the best of your ability. It seems like the Palazzo or the Venetian according to other posts:Check in/out: Oct 8-101 room/ 4 ppl$369/nightRecommended in 90% customer reviewsAmenities:Resort, Suite, Casino, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High Speed internet Access, Golf nearby, Tennis nearby, Spa servicesCharges $20 resort fee
AaronJB Posted September 8, 2010 Report Posted September 8, 2010 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)This would likely be the Venetian or Palazzo. However, a suggestion:Expedia has an upgraded Venezia Bella Suite for 1 cent more than the regular suite for these dates: $322.34 per night. There is a $70 extra person fee added for the third and fourth adults, so the total is $392.34 per night + tax. However, Expedia coupon code RELAX10 takes $10 off per night = $382.34.Also noted is "continental breakfast" with the Venezia Bella Suite option on Expedia. If you book via Expedia, you also get (details on the Expedia website:)$150 in Resort Extras!Book now and receive a coupon book good for:
JC28 Posted September 8, 2010 Author Report Posted September 8, 2010 Thank you so much for replying so soon. That does sound like a good deal. I think my girlfriends and I would really like to stay at the Wynn if we can. Do you think if I try bidding on PRICELINE it will give me a better chance of booking the Wynn? If so, is there are certain price range I should start bidding at so that my chances are pretty good at getting that hotel? If not, I'll probably go with your suggestion. Thank you again!
AaronJB Posted September 8, 2010 Report Posted September 8, 2010 There's no way to guarantee - or increase the odds - of getting a particular property via PRICELINE.Thank you for using the site's Expedia, PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches.
