Priceline Hotel: vegas from 15th - 24 th Sep

I am going to stay in Vegas during that time by myself. The main purpose is to watch the show casino and enjoy food. This is my first trip.

So, I am asking is there any good advice for lodging?

I used priceline a lot. What it the best way to split the whole period? Generally, I would like to live an any hotel among 3-4, and also I hope to stay close to the strip, which area is the best?

I will appreciate any useful advice. Thanks.

BTW, my friend recommand me to stay in the Bally's, why this hotel is not in the Priceline list?

I would like to stay on the strip. Maybe strip south and strip north are ok. My budget is arround 50 per night? but I also would like to try the 4* or 5* for two nights during week days...

I would like to divide the travel into segments for lodging because the weekend hotel fee is too high. I am looking for advise what is the best way to divide the date economically thru 15th - 24th? I guess my budget is around 50 dollars, but I would like to pay more for living in a 4 or 5 star hotel for a couple days. Also, I think I want to stay in the strip north or south.

Generally, this is a long trip for me, and I am looking for any advise for planning such a long trip economically.

9/19-9/24 (Sun-Fri)

You're looking for 3*-4* hotels for the bulk of the trip... and a 4*-5* for a few days somewhere in the range above?

Do i have it correct? How many different hotels are you willing to stay in? What is your budget for the 4*-5* properties? What about your budget for the weekend nites? (are you willing to stay off-strip or Downtown for the weekend nites?)

You are right. Since there are 3 periods, I think 3 or 4 hotel would be best~. I already took care of the weekends, got it 45 dollars in the Riviera, it is weekend any way.
