Priceline Hotel: looking for help NYC 09\13 to 09\18

need a good strategy for 5 nights,

first 2 nights got a priceline win at Affinia Manhattan, looking for similar hotel, budget $130-$150 per night

Based upon current rates i think you're going to have a difficult time getting a 3* hotel or better for ~$150/nite... the UN is in session this week and it typically causes rates to spike substantially. If you want to give it a try let us know which zones you're willing to accept and we'll suggest a strategy for you to follow, but i'd begin to consider your options... nearby zones outside of the city which you can 'commute' into Manhattan, raising your maximum bid, lowering your star rating, etc.
