Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Chicago (Millennium-Loop-Grant Park) Silversmith Hotel

First time using PRICELINE, I have been gathering info on BB, VERY good information and suggestion here :) Thank you soooo much.

I first bid yesterday starting at 70 for 4* in the Loop -> denied. Then I bid again using the zone changing strategy that of cause I have learned from BB :o up to 90 and still got denied.

Then I wait to bid again today I raise the price to 95 still got denied, so I close the window and start over for 3.5* first try at 70. I got denied again :)

so I raised the price to 80 and 90 and I finally got accepted at Silversmith at 90. I read the review on the website people seemed to like this hotel. The price on the web was 166 so I guess it's not too bad of a deal. Although I saw one person before me on the web board got 4* at 70.

I don't know if my traveling date has anything to do with the convention or something that's going on in Chicago. When I use PL next time I'll definitely try 1 month ahead so I have more time.
