Priceline Hotel: 3* Albany (Airport ALB) Residence Inn

Try first time 55$, asked me to add it to raised it to 70$

Declined, add a free rebid choosing Troy (who doesn't have 3* hotel) and put 62$

Got the Residence Inn in Latham.

The review are okay on tripadvisor, but looks good on priceline.
