Tried bidding 3.5* in the area up to $40 with no success. 3* dropped the median rate to $68...so I dropped my bid back to $38..and ended up with this place. Not particularly impressed..but I guess it is the cheapest place in the area. $11.5 for resort fee/parking...but I guess that's common in the area.
