Priceline Hotel: 3* Chicago (Millenium-Loop-Grant Park) Essex inn

Tried up to $107 for 4* hotels in Millenium Park, River North, and up to $100 for 3 1/2* in same areas. Finally got Essex Inn for $88/night.

Not the best deal, but there is a hige conference in town (94,000) people at that time.
