applezz Posted March 21, 2005 Author Report Posted March 21, 2005 We (a group of 6) have been bidding in this area for about 2 months now. We have pretty much bottomed out the rates in the area and almost always get a hit on our first offer(arounf 58-59 for 3*).This was the first time I tried a 2.5*, and the Summerfield came up in our bids, and frankly it is the nicest of the hotels in the area I have stayed in!I am going to try a little lower on my next attempt and will report back on the results.
