I bid $100 and got a $10 bonus using the Entertainment Book link, making my bid $110.

I was almost certain I was getting this hotel and I can only hope the overwhelmingly negative reviews on tripadvisor are inaccurate. Keeping expectations low...... hehe.

Very nice deal for this newer/well-located boutique; the main concern seems to be smaller rooms, which may come from the fact that I believe this was a complete renovation/overhaul of an older budget property, and rooms may have been on the small side in the pre-existing structure.
