I'm sorry to say that a 3.5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. It looks like a re-rated or new hotel. I have tried to alternate your search for additional clues buth without any luck.

But for $9+ is there a 4* for your date W/Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Tennis. This is a match for both Hyatt Regency and Westin Forrestall Village.
