Hotwire Hotel: 4.5* New Orleans FQ Hotel Help

I'm a total rookie on this forum and pretty much a novice Hotwire/Priceline guy as well, so please bear with my ignorance and/or breaches of protocol.

Hotwire is quoting (clicked on link from this site) a 4.5* hotel in the French Quarter for $189/night for my travel dates of 10/16/10 and 10/17/10. The hotel is listed as having the following amenities:

1. Fitness Center. Guests have access to exercise equipment; an additional charge may apply.
   
2. Pool(s). Property offers at least one pool area; hours and dates of operation may be seasonal.
   
3. Restaurant(s). Property offers at least one restaurant on the premises; hours and days of operation may vary.
   
4. Business Center. Guests have access to business equipment and services; an additional charge may apply.
   
5. High-speed Internet Access. Guestrooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access; an extra charge may apply.
   

A few questions:

First, I see on another topic that the guess for a 4.5* in the FQ is the Hotel Monteleone. Does the above information I provided fit the Monteleone's profile?

If not the Monteleone, are there any other likely options?

Finally, generally speaking (I understand the answer will vary depending on the circumstances), am I in a good window for hotwire deals at this time (approximately seven weeks out), or would I have a better chance at a deal as I get closer to my departure? On that same note, what about the timing for a Priceline bid?

I just ran another search, and the price is now showing at $179/night for a 4.5* hotel. It appears to be the same hotel, as in addition to the same amenities and star rating, both hotels showed as being recommended by 90% of hotwire customers.

I did a standard search: 1 room, 2 adults, no children.

This listing has not yet been ID'd, but my guess is that this may (it could be something else) be the Monteleone back at the 4.5* level.
