AndrewInToronto
I'm used to seeing rates in the $50-60 range for Downtown zone. I've rebid in $5 increments up to $80, but still can't seem to get anything. Is it too early to get those low rates? Not sure if waiting is better, or if I should just keep bidding until I get something. Thanks for any help! Link to comment

AndrewInToronto
Ok, followed up with that thread. In the vacation mode, it's easy to forget to follow up, and that was 2+ years ago. Sorry! Link to comment
thereuare
Please start by reading your messages and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board for your future bidding, searches and purchases.Rates for the dates above look pretty high, there are a few conferences in town but i'm not able to see how large any of them are so not sure if that is what is effecting dates. What is the best rate you're able to find thru traditional booking channels? How high are you willing to go before changing to a 3.5*? Is SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID an option? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
Bargain_Hunter
You can take a look at my post here --> Priceline Atlanta where I list my rebid strategy for a 4* downtown -- 15 bids total! and snagged the Hilton for $51 a night.Good luck! Link to comment
