Wyomingtraveler Posted August 30, 2010 Report Posted August 30, 2010 HI allI am taking a aunt from California to the airport in Denver and was in need of a cheap hotel room near it for this coming up weekend. Of course, as I have had very good luck with Priceline I decided to use the PRICELINE link on this site to bid on a room. Here are the results of my bidding.First bid was $30 for just the airport zone and 2.5* hotel. Second bid was $35 adding Thorton/Northgleen. Third bid was $40 adding Northeast Denver. Of course third bid was accepted for the Fairfield Denver Airport for a total charge of $52.64 including taxes and fees. After getting a winning bid I checked the Marriot website and found their lowest rates to be $99 plus taxes and fees, so once again I feel that I did very well.
AaronJB Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 Congrats on your success. :)Wonderful deal for this property, and glad you are pleased with the results, as well.Thank you for sharing your win and using the site's PRICELINE link.Enjoy your stay.
