Priceline Hotel: 4* Ft Lauderdale (West-Plantation) Renaissance

I just booked (8/23/2010) Renaissance for Jan. 13, 2011 at $59.

Started biding on 8/22/2010 at $51 and increase bids by $2 by adding additional areas that did not have 4* hotels or there was little likelihood that the low price would be accepted.

After four bids I was at $57 and none were accepted. Today my $59 bid was accepted

I had to pay 60 + tax each night on Priceline (Bid on May 22, 2010)

started at 50, 55, 60

Got two nights Jan 12, 13. See you there! Are you cruising Carnival Miracle next day Jan 14?

A friend got it earlier than me for 55
