Priceline Hotel: 5* Las Vegas (Strip North) The Palazzo

Was looking for either Venetian, Wynn or Palazzo; so started bidding from $80 upto $100 using some free rebids. Finally got Palazzo for $100. I guess its still little expensive considering its a mid-week stay. Also read some of the reviews where Pallazo charged $17 as resort fee for internet usage. But they waived off when you tell them you did not use it. Is this possible?
