Priceline then responded that they could find a room for $85.

Added Lanthem area, which does not have any 3* hotels, and bid $75. Accepted.

I bid for this hotel on 27/08/2010.

The hotel room is a nice, clean, fairly large 1 room suite with a queen bed, pull-out couch, full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), with free wireless internet access.
