Priceline Hotel: 4* Chicago (NMA-River North) Hotel Felix

My good friend Jim just booked this and I thought that I'd post it here. Unfortunately he does not believe in joining forums but he does share info. Prices in Chicago for labor day weekend are holding high. His bid of $100 was rejected and he had to bid it to $125 to secure a 4* Hotel. In all fairness it was a last minute bid for a holiday weekend but he had no choice as he is driving his daughter back to DePaul University for the fall semester. In this case his bid was accepted by the Hotel Felix which is a fairly nice place. Maybe I can get him to join the forum if he has a good expereince with Priceline and at Hotel Felix. .

My friend Jim is old fashioned and we've got a shot at getting him on the board but old habits are hard to change. This was his first experience with Priceline as he has payed very high lodging prices in the past. Now that the economy is tight, he's looking for some better deals. He's in Chicago about 3X per year as his daughter goes to DePaul University there. I'll send him an email with the link to this forum. Perhaps this will be the first forum that he joins.
