This could be a few different possibilities - the Westin River North, Hard Rock, Hyatt, Sheraton have been reported with this amenity set; my guess is that the first two are more likely possibilities, with the Sheraton and especially Hyatt (as I don't believe the Hyatt is smoke-free) being the least likely.

Very nice deal for this Sheraton property. I'll also recommend Fox and Obel Market and Cafe, which is about a block and half East of this hotel on the corner of Illinois and McClurg.
