Hi there,

I'm trying to book a room in Maui for a week at the end of October. Without much success.

So far I've bid up to $120 for Resort and 4* and up to $90 for 3.5 star.

Can anyone shed any light on what I can realistically expect to pay? I'd also welcome any bidding strategies that anyone can offer.

Many thanks!!

The dates are 10/27-11/3. I was first bidding on Wailea and then upping my bid by $5 when rebidding and adding Lahaina and later adding the other areas which do not have 3.5 star.

I saw that someone else had one the Royal Lahaina Resort (3.5 star) for $95/night, so I'm thinking that may be the price point.

Many thanks for the help!
