Began after reading posts here w 100 USD, counteroffer was 125 USD. Ignored it and added Wembley, raising up offer to 110 USD. Was accepted.

Reading the comments about the hotel in tripadvisor the property seems fine, esp. concerning its location and general appearence. :)
