Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Minneapolis-St Paul (Bloomington West-MofA) Sheraton Bloomington

I spent the better part of an hour trying to get a room downtown (3.5* up to $90.) but gave up. I then tried the airport and Bloomington for 4* up to $60. Then tried both at 3.5* for $45... bingo! It's the Bloomington Sheraton which seems to have mixed reviews but I hope it will be ok. Hope this helps others!
