I've exhausted all rebidding zones and gone up to $123 (the median price for the areas -as per priceline) and still can't get an accepted bid. I'm going to SF Thursday 8/26-30. Am I having no luck because it's last minute?

HOTWIRE is showing 4*'s in USE/USW for $169/$194, but those are not discounted listings, they are regular rate listings offered via Hotels.com. What would be your desired max budget per night for these dates?

Ideally I'd like to spend no more than $130 via PRICELINE - Unfortunatelly it's looking like I won't be able to go that route. I'll check out the hotwire rates.

Priceline failed me once again today. Went through all my re-bid zones for 4* & 3*. Ended up going to Hotwire - InterContinental for $149. More than I wanted to spend - but I hear the hotel is crazy good. Thanks for everyones help!
