-are you sure Downtown/SOHO is the best area for their stay? (not typically the best area for 'tourists' except if there is a specific reason to be in the area)

-there are a limited number of hotels in the zone above (relative to elsewhere in the city)

-this is an extended stay in priceline terms, have you considered SPLITTING THE BID?

Thanks for the advice. However, I'm very sure about location - I live down here and the parents are visiting. I was just posting my bids so far for reference for others.

That qualifies as a "specific reason to be in the area" :)

Not sure how high you're willing to go and/or if you'll split the bit, but the MARRIOTT FINANCIAL CENTER is availble from 4/14-4/18 for $193/nite (earlier nites are available but higher)
