I'm looking for a room for 10/22 and found a 2* on Hotwire for $53 with the following amenities:

Non Smoking

High Speed Internet

Recommended in 80 % of Hotwire customer reviews

Any idea what property this could be? It doesn't seem to match anything in your list.

I'm sorry to say that a 2* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But my guess would be that this is the Red Roof Inn Saugus with the addition of the Smoke Free icon.

When I check the Red Roof website, I don't see anything about smoke free for this property.
