Decided to go with a new option (that wasn't available previously) on Hotwire. Same location and dates as above, but it's a 3-star hotel (rather than a 3.5 star). Amenities include:

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Restaurant(s)

Laundry Facilities

High-speed Internet Access

It's the Holiday Inn Key Largo, FL for $109 per night. It ended up costing $131.03 (inc. all taxes & fees). That's fine with me. If anyone can tell me what the 3.5 star hotel is (that I mentioned in the previous post), I'd still be interested.
