Used the PRICELINE link here. Chose Woburn and was targeting the two area Marriott Courtyards. Instead was given Sheraton Colonial Hotel & Golf Club on the first try. Probably could've gotten it lower. But quite satisfied. :) The lowest rate on Sheraton website for my dates is $101/night plus taxes.
