Started bidding $65 in White House area for 4*, got rejected, moved to 3.5*, accepted for:

Rouge, A Kimpton Hotel

1315 Sixteenth St NW

Washington, District Of Columbia 20036

The best price on Orbitz is $108 (BTW it is 3* on Orbitz), $110 on hotel's site

Reviews/location are fine, hopefully will be good stay for one night.
