Started at $32 and used three free re-bids ($34, $36, $38 ) which where all rejected. Waited 72 hours and started from scratch bidding at $40 for only an airport zone three star property. Offered a free no-change bid if I added $12 to the previous offer. Instead I used a free add-a-zone re-bid at $42 which was accepted.
