gilas Posted August 23, 2010 Report Posted August 23, 2010 Hello, I want to start bidding for a 5* hotel in North strip las vegas via priceline, but would like to be 100% sure that I don't end up with trump. Is trump listed in a different area (such as strip vicinity north-condo) or is listed in the same area with venentian, palazzo, wynn and encore and I'll just have to risk? Thanks.
yellowdog Posted August 23, 2010 Report Posted August 23, 2010 Welcome to BetterBidding :) Trump is located in the Strip North Vicinity by our latest reports. So if you want to avoid the Trump, only use the Strip North zone.Let us know how we can help you further. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Yellowdog.

gilas Posted August 23, 2010 Author Report Posted August 23, 2010 I will probably be bidding some time this week... would love to somehow be ensured that I'd be getting wynn or encore, but I guess I'll just have go for one of the 4 choices; wynn, encore, venetian or palazzo...I will definitely use the links here and will update you. Thanks

gilas Posted August 26, 2010 Author Report Posted August 26, 2010 I have been bidding on priceline for $120 and $130 for the dates 09/04 - 09/07. Both unsuccessful, I have been trying to change the dates as the change factor, since I don't mind checking out on sept 6th... but I have to move up the bids since room per night is more expensive for the two day period... will update
yellowdog Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 gilasBefore you bid any higher. HOTWIRE got Venetian or Palazzo (match for both) @ $129 for 09/04 - 09/07.Let us know how we can help you further.Yellowdog.
gilas Posted August 26, 2010 Author Report Posted August 26, 2010 Everything happens at the same time :) a friend of mine had an extra room reserved at encore that they didn't need any more... reserved 2 months ago for the average $150 per night... so I got that, but thanks a lot for the tip on the $129 venetian... unbelievable!
AaronJB Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Thank you for closing the thread. Enjoy your stay.
